I CAN SEE VEINS IN BOTH YOLKS!!!! Does this mean that 2 babies are forming? And might hatch?

don't know anybody that has been able to pull that off but ride it out and see might as well .

Thanks!!! I thought so, but I'm new to this - nice to have another opinion.

I just use puppy pads.

Used to use shavings, Thought it was too messy.

Puppy pads got good traction

Maybe im lazy but cleanup is a breeze

I used puppy pads with may last set of chicks - Speckled Sussex, which, granted, were super rambunctious (still are). They ripped them up even with their tee-tiny little feet and claws. Then they started picking at that water absorbing stuff inside them. So they didn't work for me. But I bet they'd be ok for really little ones (just not older chicks).
