How many days do you all wait between hatches? If this one is done by Monday, when would you set again? I don't want to hold myself up for the Easter HAL!

@Sally Sunshine- is the 911 section on the first page? I'm looking now- just squeezing checking in between chores and running kids around!

thank you for doing the eggtopsys, :hugs humidity was too high.  here is a read for you...  also wondering do you do a cooling spraying on them during incubation?

CHICKS Wet? Sticky? Stuck? Yellow Gel? What did I do Wrong? post #25379
I did the misting with this batch, but not as regularly as I should have. From my understand that raises the humidity even more though.

I need to read up on this subject. What does Metzer Farms do?

at 2-3 months you will see the long and pointed hackle feathers developing on the males.
  • The cockerels will start to develop combs at around 1 1/2 months in most breeds. It will start to redden in the males; the females will still be yellow.
