I wouldn't walk through her door again if she were the only vet in 100 miles, and I'd make sure all my friends knew about the way you were treated there. I imagine your state's veterinary board would be interested in hearing about it, as well, and the local paper.

Ok, my temp is up to 99.3. Will it hurt my hatch if it has been at 95-96 the first 2 days? I hope not.

Apparently they don't. I even talked to two different vets at the clinic. I was crying mad.

I've been busy playing a game instead of getting caught up.

It turns out that yesterday's white egg wasn't the first one. It was just the first one I found. There's a shelf that takes up the back wall of the coop that's been there longer than chickens or ducks have been. I found them on the shelf after I spotted one of them.
