3 of the eggs have obvious drawdown, the rest are not quite there - but reassured. Now let the humidity war begin! I have a small funnel and PVC hose prepared now... I will not open the bater... I will NOT open the bater... I WILL NOT OPEN THE BATOR!

So idk if this is normal behavior in chickens but when i went out there today my brahma sat in my lap (like always) and she does this thing when she sits in my lap. She'll close her eyes and she brings her head closer to her body then opens her eyes again. She does this until her neck is all the way tucked in and all you can see is her head. Then she closes her eyes and stays like that. Is she just falling asleep?

Sounds like she has a turtle or tortoise in her pedigree somewhere

If you can't wait, start cracking them open. That'll speed things up. You can see the chicks a lot sooner that way... but they probably won't be chirping, moving, breathing, and stuff like that. Still can't wait???

Once you start hatching you cant quit. I know because I have hatched around 250+ eggs since November and am still hatching and will probably hatch every month for the rest of the year

Sally has a large round room in which 14 separate computers are going 24/7. On the floor of this room is a track that a chair has been fixed to and it circles around at warp speed to increase production. Her kids have been trained to bring her coffee and jack morning and night. Food is optional but I've seen on some post that her kids have cooked her meals. And that's how she does it. Oh and there's also rumors that she's hired full time counselors to help keep the peace.

I would def check this, I know of a person who actually plucks the hatched one out thru the viewing window

When I had that bator, that's how I got them out. It didn't really mess with the temps or humidity at all in the time it took to grab them out. That was the one thing that I did like about that thing.
