Pancakes look yummy. Do you have them with yogurt? Saw you were thinking of caponizing and that you have someone to show you. That's great I've tried it with dead roosters a couple times now. Highly recommend doing that first. Let's just say my first attempt would have killed the rooster anyways. I'm still going to attempt it live but all eligible roosters are in the freezer.
