I have a baby now..a marans, the one that pipped in the middle. It's black. I have a chance at blues, and splash too! Sooo hoping for a little girl splash.

how far away is that from you ?

It's a long way from Spokane Washington, but about 20 minutes from my house. We've been talking about Pokey's on the Am thread. He or She breeds some unrecognized colors of Ameraucanas, but they are gorgeous

Day 18 lockdown has commenced! The 11 remaining Blue Wheaton's made it to lockdown. There was one questionable but I left it because I wasn't 100%. The small air cells I was worried about did get bigger but there are 1 or 2 that I think are still too small and then a couple that had been saddle that seem huge.





The bator is still adjusting to the extra full water supply and without the auto turner's motor heat. I'm currently at 70% humidity and 95 degrees and climbing!


Thankfully I have a busy family weekend planned so I'm not sitting by the incubator just watching!

ohhhhhhh some of those air cells, I am on the edge of my seat for you girl!!!

Come on babies!! I have no doubt you will get some chicks, I want to see you get A LOT of chicks!!!

OOPS! It's a blue, not a black, which is good, because when I wrote the gal I got them from she was like, hmmm..thought I got all of them from the splash blue pen. It just looked black while wet and I didn't have my granny glasses on.
