Some blood on the membrane is normal. A lot of blood is not.
During pip and zip, some veining is still present and can get torn.
Light or dark they will still hatch, pretty dark under a broody.
Leave them be, zip can take about an hour in a lot of cases, but usually is less than twenty minutes. They do rest during zip.
If they zip, and stop slowly assisting after an hour or more since last progress is an option.

Thanks! I remember sally stressing not to mess with them. So i dont do anything without the go ahead from yall. But the bird in question seems to be progressing fine, just having a harder time then the other 2 zippers
