The volcano Mount Ranier? It's so pretty... I've only seen it once! I like volcanos! Pretty fun to study, but also pretty deadly...

Lol yes.. But we just call it the mountain. Hahaha very close to Mount St. Helens to. You know you are from Washington when you say the mountain is out!

I'm two hours away from the ocean. 40 minutes from mount rainier but I am minutes away from the puget sound. No hurricanes.. Just flooding... And wind storms.

Did I mention wind storms?

We also have twisters, and floods, and off-the-charts humidity. What more could you ask for?

Ohhhh no. Went to my grandparents in Iowa for a few weeks and couldn't handle the humidity. Two seconds out of the shower and I felt sticky again.

I was watching the weather channel this morning and that HUGE warm air current coming up from the gulf seems to have cut that cold spell off, right around MN or WI.

We have abominable snowman

I like being able to visit the snow, and then go home.

The way California is moving is northwest. It's not going to break off, it's going to continue to migrate. It's moving northwest about 2 inches a year.
