Well if you already can't sleep why stop drinking it early? I wish I knew why I can't sleep.

I've been that way all my life.... If if didn't stop early if never sleep...... At least last night I sleep from 5:30 to 7.... But add in the other problems and my nights are miserable..... In the summer I can always go start a bonfire or something.... We are back to about two feet of snow again..... And cold.....

That would make it difficult to have a bonfire.

So start a bonfire...very low fire danger & the heat of the fire will keep you warm
