I don't know if I'll have the time but I'm hoping to go to our Urban Farm and Sustainable Development Group's monthly Pints and Plants event. We gather at a local brewery for talks about gardening subjects.
This month is Beer in the Garden: Gardening and the Biology of Beer. It is a talk given by a PhD in plant biology at Washington University.
Homebrewing and home gardens can complement each other. This talk will cover how brewers harness the plant world to turn grains and other plants into beer, and provide tips on growing a “beer garden” whose harvest can go directly into the pint glass.
Sounds like fun.
Congratulations!

It's a long drive from here but I have good trellises for hops.
I'm putting more in for kiwi and perhaps one devoted to hops.
It will wear off soon enough.
Have a good day.
It certainly does.
