INCUBATING w/FRIENDS! w/Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs No problem!

Well got a call today from the electric department and the electricity will be off 3 1/2 hours on Friday. So just thought I have chicks hatching Friday OH NO they will die without heat so Thursday I will be getting a generator so I will have electricity.

Honestly? I don't think they will die. The incubator won't be opened in that short of time, the inside of the eggs won't cool that fast. I'd be sure that the incubator was full, and wrap it in a towel.
By all means, get a generator. I am just sharing my opinion.

Thanks for the reassurance It is a Cabinet incubator so actually have about 100+ eggs in there due to hatch various times in April-May. But definitely getting the generator and will not open at all.

yes I marked the start date the exact day she started setting
