INCUBATING w/FRIENDS! w/Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs No problem!

I too am on the mobile website and.it's pretty simple! I'm young though and.used to this I'll take screen shots and demonstrate.

First, there should be an icon that looks like a photograph. Like so.



Click it and you should get this.



Hit upload from my device (unless of course you have a link)

Next you should get this. Hit documents (or.something similar, I'm on Android) because camera is taking a new photo)



You should get something like this where you can choose your photo.



Choose one and you.will get this.



Simply hit submit and voila!

I'm not that old

Mine works exactly like that... except the last step. When I hit submit, it fails to add the image to the box. Everything else appears to work, but it just doesn't embed the image.

Funny thing is, it worked a few times, but won't anymore. I even try it on occasion to check it.

Yes I certainly did calibration on all 3 of my thermometers. That it why I was wondering when placed at different levels in the incubator they were reading differently so I moved each to one spot being sure they were the same.
Silly question, I have a turner in there so and there isn't going to be much room once the eggs get in there. Where would I put the fan?

lol thats your bator with a fan mounted on the top, dont you have that kind?

do you really think a chicken can crack a acorn?

I doubt a chicken would be able to crack an acorn, but you never know. depending on the size of the acorn, they might be able to eat it whole. Southern Red oaks have small acorns (about the size of a grain of corn) they probably could eat those whole. Now that I think of it, I've seen my Muscovy ducks eat fairly large acorns whole. Cattle and sheep love acorns too, but to many can be hard on their liver.

I actually think my biggest problem is with humidity and not so much temperature, my last batch I set 12 turkey eggs, and than added 28 chicken eggs on day 8. Unfortunately it started raining right about than, and continued to rain for the nest 3 weeks. Humidity in the incubator was about 60-70% without any added water. The air cells were way to small going into lockdown, and I got 0/12 with the turkeys, and 13/28 with the chickens eggs.

All most all the eggs were fertile, I'm guessing the died between day 15 and 19

Well that ends my first hatch (I have another 10 due in 8 days ) and it was a 100% successful hatch (7/7) . 4/7 eggs were actually from the fridge! I want to say a special thanks to Sally for keeping me calm and answering all my questions. Along with the others who have answered my questions and reading your tips and answers to the other noobs like me!

I'm gonna let them fluff out and il take a picture! I hope they all make it over this next week.

I actually think my biggest problem is with humidity and not so much temperature, my last batch I set 12 turkey eggs, and than added 28 chicken eggs on day 8. Unfortunately it started raining right about than, and continued to rain for the nest 3 weeks. Humidity in the incubator was about 60-70% without any added water. I am not here to help you with that urge.... do you need eggs to hatch? whats your favorite breeds? hmmmm sounds like you need a dehumidifier big time! it may be a good time of year to set eggs, that was a terrible time to set eggs! very bad time to set! now is the time, did I ask if you need eggs? hmmmm I think I know someone that has some lovely birds too! what is your favorite breeds, you need to set some eggs! its the better season for you!
