No... sex-linked barring has to come from the hen... the roo will pass his barring to both sexes, but the hen will only pass her barring to her sons... non-barred roo over a barred hen = sex-links...
Not enough space in a single egg for 2 chicks to survive healthy to hatch... once in a great while 1 will hatch, but most times at the cost of the other... best to just not set them... and usually the survivor, if there is one, has issues...
