I don't have a place 50 to 60 degrees
You probably do and don't know it. As BYC recommended, put them in a box under your bed. It's cooler on the floor than it is near the ceiling, so they should be fine. How are you getting the eggs? Is someone bringing them over, or are you going to get them, or are they being shipped? I'm asking because if they are being shipped, you'll need to check them for loose air cells. If you find loose air cells, you'll need to store them with the pointed side down so the air cell has a chance to reattach. If the air cells are okay, you can lay them on their sides and roll them a few times a day... or... if they are in an egg carton, simply put a 2x4 under one end of the carton, and move the 2x4 to the other end a few times each day. Do this every day until Dec. 11, then put them in the incubator.

Thank you!  I will try it from the top.

I'm on my first hatch with chicken eggs and I read through all of the notes at the beginning of this thread and took my own notes... But the best help was having a gal named Aart that talked me through each candle and told me to keep each one so I can get the experience of each progresses and fails throughout the hatching experience. Then when it's all done she is going to talk me through an eggtopsie for those that don't hatch. I have two chicken gurus on here that are extremely helpful. Aart and attimus. Attimus more for building... Aart for the other stuff.
