Where were you when I was going crazy wanting to hatch the dozen eggs my ducks came with? If you were faithful to your peers, you would have been on the PA Unite thread, and I would be expecting my babies (okay, I think they should be here already after four days!) in nine days instead of twenty-four loooooooooooooooooooooong days!

um scuzzzz meee... hello you know were I was on FB dears... and you know who you coulda asked how to get me if you really needed me ya ya ya???? not like you would be the first local to call me or come knockin on my doorand the pa thread, love that thread, miss me wing and the hard one on that thread... I feel too rough sometimes over there, too blunt cause I aint a pet chicken keeper and that seems to be that thread turned into yes???
so I cant watch my mouth so I sorta just lurk sometimes, I dont like makin people mad at me or hurtin feelins with my honesty
you aren't rough about tellin someone stuff at all! I can't imagine why anyone would mistake honesty for roughness, those are two very diffierent things....

I've been looking high and low for some more eggs to set this week and was able to find someone from here on byc with some nice birds who is collecting eggs to send in a few days!!! Wooohooo!!
Not sure how many yet, but I should be getting blue/black/splash copper Marans and blue/black/splash standard Cochins. Possibly some bantams too ;-)
...and I'm still looking for some additional eggs (brown layers) as I can't meet egg demand right now. There is just nothing locally for sale so I'm stuck with shipped eggs again.
I'm still going to set my own eggs Friday as well.
Post that one on my thread, and call it "Benny's Day at the Beach"
