What can I do for these two hens? And anyone know what breed they are?

Ouch! Looks very sore. I also like Vetracin spray. It's pricey but works well. I would also recommend that you separate these girls until the skin is healed because the others will peck at these open sores relentlessly.
They look like production reds (red sex-links) which are aLso commonly called Comets, Red Stars, Cinnamon Queens. Very good layers you have there! Hope they are doing better soon.

it almost saved one of my hens who a dog ripped her entire side off.... she was almost healed... when the dog broke in somehow and killed her!!!

I was SO mad!!!

And you never shot the dog? You out of ammo?
