I just decide when they are ready to visit the great outdoors, and then they are still kept in a separate coop

Probably cuz I'm new. Omg I her chirping at least 2 times a minute, but no one has pipped out yet! It's frustrating me, because I'll probably sit here all day, leave for a little while to watch the NY ball drop, and come back to find a chick out. PIP ALREADY
