how can you tell from that chart that is a sideways pdf, what ivermectin it is being told to use?  the oral pour on and paste are all different % 

I based the paste dose on the number go mg ivermectin that are in 1 ml of paste (18.7 mg/ml).
Injectable is 10mg/ml
Pour on is 5mg/ml

The more mg per ml, the less you use.

I'll do a follow up post and list various doses for all ivermectin products.

Do not use it on your dogs unless you know they are heartworm negative. Also do not use on dogs in the Collie family.
