Stopped at the store on my way home from work last night and picked up some cheap beef and veggies and threw them in the crockpot. Potatoes, carrots, onions, celery and back ribs. Smells so yummy this morning!

Might be nice on a dreary day! Of course, I'll probably be eating it all week. The joys of living alone.

good evening Benny lovely cappuccino there . glad to see your up to Benny this evening enjoy your off day ? most older folks drink coffee here strong and black . needs to be able to cut the fog of to much drink from the night before . Now I would never do that myself just in case the lighting strikes and don't stand to close . might not be safe .
