No you don't have to buy a new one! You just have to play with it until you will achieve the wanted temp! You should refer to your thermostat not as a thermometer but as a switch that turn off and on! When it will turn that is the game that you should play until you nail it!

Ugh! I checked 5 different feed stores in my area and none of them have any of the antibiotics I was looking for. Not even fish mox. I have to order it online now

I think you will find this funny though. I asked an employee at tractor supply if they carried fish mox and she had no clue what I was talking about. Recommended nutri-drench instead

Try going to Lowes & asking for hardware cloth & see what you get!!!
