This one is interesting, it shows how chicks loose weight after hatching. Some start gaining by day 3, but others don't start until day 7. Ignore the ones that look like they didn't lose weight, those are ones that I didn't weigh again until after day 7.

I thought about you a few days ago; saw a guy going down the road on a motorcycle...it was really cold, wearing a full suit & gloves, no face shield.  Not my idea of fun in this weather.

It isn't that bad. You just have to know how to layer.

So I am keeping the dark cornish bantams.... what good are they though???? anyone know anything about them? I dont have current pics, these were as they were growin a bit

My mom made those the last time she was up to visit. So yummy but everyone needed their own.
