I have one like the one he posted.  Mine you can read both - you just hit a button to toggle between F or C.

Your more than welcome! I start day 7 after I candle them and yes I have temp set at 37.5C.

37.5C = 99.5F, which is good for forced air incubators. Did you get your fan installed?
