Do yourself a huge favor; listen to what Fire's telling you, and follow it. The man's probably got more hatching experience than anyone here, and is obviously doing something right.It will save you loads of time & aggravation, not to mention money.

When I hatched my ducks for the NYD HAL I had just got a new camera and wanted to try the recording function. I was "babysitting" and of course caught one in the act of its final zip. I pressed record and caught the whole thing as it only took a min and a half. Come to find out I wasn't recording at all

SO I just took a picture after I realized what had happened. Here is that picture lol
