How do I calibrate them

Yes. Our local feed store has then in with day old chicks. How ever, their set up is vertical nipples, so maybe they are easier to move.

Vertical are much easier to move than horizontal, but they're also more likely to freeze due to the small amount of water they hold, and the long exposed thermal conductor... aka metal rod... aka nipple.

Can I do my 13 and 11 week old or are they too young

They can be de-wormed. The Valbazen dose I would use is 0.08ml per pound.
