I bet eggplant would be great lasagne noodle replacement (salt long thin slices to pull out water, squeeze and drain, then layer). Would go well with the typical lasagna flavor as well...

Those are hotter than anything I've tried to grow.  I had some Ghost chilis last year, but they didn't have enough flavor to go with the heat.  

Ghost are tastless.....I like Habenaros....great flavor...I eat them raw....fruity.....I pretty much can eat anything hot....Reapers have nice fruity flavor just before the wall of heat hits you across the face.....
