I could tell from the color of the chicks that could show female/male. But the feet one confused me. What is different about the feet on the female?
Saw a while back where a lady on BYC converted an old camper into a pretty nice coop. Not sure where you'll find it, but start in "Coops"He never really left,.....we moved the camper onto concrete and removed power, and cable and his cats. Guy didn't go inside, just walked around it. Brother has since moved back in to it.....Cable, power and cats are back in place. Blackout curtains on the windows....
Do you know how hard it is to get rid of a 1978 motorhome? The junkyards won't take it, the charities won't take it, the dump won't take it. Anyone have suggestions?
Wow, never even thought about that. I'll look for it....THANKS!!! If we do that, I'll definitely post photos!Saw a while back where a lady on BYC converted an old camper into a pretty nice coop. Not sure where you'll find it, but start in "Coops"![]()

close to 30 chicks.you can always make a rice pack and heat it in her microwave dax.... not sure how many chicks, if its a bunch they will be fine if not hand warmers or hot water bottles wrapped in a rag????
how is your flock dax ?
Need to get it running first. Plus it hasn't been registered for 3 years, and California makes the new owner pay up, so it might not be too interesting to anyone.Craigslist ???
It's not the feet, but rather the marking on the legs and toes. BR pullets have dark (sometimes light) markings, and cockerels have no markings...I could tell from the color of the chicks that could show female/male. But the feet one confused me. What is different about the feet on the female?
