I started another dozen to set, I really won't fill this one... Only a few... Its only because I got the prettiest purple specked one and I already had the prettiest eggs of all in the other carton...

So you see, I had to start another....

I got this one. Place the tube on the vanity with the bottom of the tube near the edge (left edge if you're right handed), then press down with the heel of the left hand on the bottom of the tube. Do this 'til the tube is near empty (not all at once, Dummy), then pull the bottom of the tube over the vanity edge, forcing all the tooth paste to the top of the tube, while making sure the cap is screwed on securely.  Got that?

Totally agree with this method.
