No, it's not the thermometer's problem. The LG and Hygroset ii thermos are reading the same.

I think it's just LG, mine are reading pretty much the same the built in and the accu one

but hatch was still wonkey, teach me to do a staggered, one actually got external pip and hatched but had small bleed, but she seems to be doing fine she's starting to get around the incubator now and peeping stronger, not sure if it's also being caused still by the altitude or what but we do have 1 live one 2 days early

Don't take this as condescending; it's certainly not meant that way at all, but I gotta ask:

Is there any chance that you're turning the adjustment in the wrong direction? Don't laugh; it happened to me. I was trying to fine-tune my Hov-A-bator when the temp suddenly started going the opposite way of what I wanted. A day of frustration later, I realized I'd been adjusting it in the wrong direction. Corrected that problem & it held within a degree of where I wanted it.

Well not all is lost either this one was a day late or 2 days early, had one just hatch with slight bleed but yolk and everything absorbed, used flour as thats what I had on hand to stop the bleed, never had one bleed before is there anything special I need to do for it?

stopped bleed and replaced in incubator, she's peeping and moving around some

I had been turnin it right to decrease, left to increase like it said. But now ya gotta turn it left to decrease, right to increase?
Totally strange... My neighbor turned right to cool, left to heat just like it says. Not so with me..??
