Because I'm going to mount the heat source up top where the freezer used to be. There will be plenty of space above the top egg turner, I can use the the bottom tray for a second egg turner with no modification, and the narrow space at the bottom will be perfect for a water tray.

Waiting patiently for you to finish yours, so I can copy it! I like the shaving down of the door. What will you finish off the exposed urethane with?

Woodstove wasn't drawing right, so I broke the pipe down & gave it a good cleaning.
Why don't things ever got back together as easily as they come apart?

We have to clean out our stove pipe => chimney about once/month. Easy refit for us, as there are only 3 screws. Ask me how often we've cleaned it out, got the pipe installed back into stove, and started a nice toasty fire, only to realize that we've forgotten to push pipe into chimney!
