There's a crazy bunch of people on here, but they are good at heart! And with incubation.

We decided to go ahead and start weaning the boys. This week we're cutting back to two bottles a day. They're at minimum 6 weeks old and at most 10 weeks. Not sure if you can tell how much they've grown, but they're just the sweetest little babies.

Hi Everybody!

I've missed all of your chatter lately. I'm burning the candle at both ends and can't get on here much! I have possibly jumped from the frying pan into the fire, which is my normal mode of operation. Do it constantly.
I got the LGD, (PyraneesX Anatolian). What a pain in the butt! Have gone from waking up all night worrying about the lion, to waking up all night cause of the dog barking at everything. My renters are mad. They don't have animals and don't care about predators, but they do like to sleep at night. So juggling this dog and trying to rush to get her trained has been taking up all time not already used for kids, animal care and glass work. She is great around the birds, so I don't have to train her much there. She is not too good with my dogs though. I hope they all get used to each other. If anybody here has experience with getting this breed used to other dogs, feel free to pipe in here.

TJ it's good to hear from you. No help with the dog though. I've heard they love to bark and my neighbors Pryanees is no exception 24/7. I would say a collar but they were born to bark and their thick hair will make the collar almost useless.
Really hope you get that cougar soon.

Ok I am not quit sure what I am getting into with the fan and humidity I will probaly just stick to adding small cups in the incubator for humidity and keep close eyes but adding a computer fan I'm not quit sure how much wireing I must do. Can anyone give me a thread on how to install the fan because I know as much on wired and electric as I do how to build a fully functioning space ship that could orbit the moon(I know nothing about space ships). Thanks for the helpful info!

Thanks! With so many animals, I just have to get back to that equilibrium where everything works well together. Things have been thrown out of alignment....
Hope the cows are milking well. Polish chickens are starting to lay. ;)

I hear ya
I hafta get stuff moved around but I just got a backyard, not a ranch like you!
I have too many birds so I have to sell most of these from my last batch

We got 30 gallons the other day
From 5 cows
One has only 3 teats!

:hugs

I am setting this article to open edit as an experiment (If this does not work I will lock it again!) since I cannot keep up. PLEASE do not edit if you are not on the incubating thread! Only update your part of the article, and if you mess it up, have questions, or an issue arises, contact me. I would prefer you edit in rich format if at all possible, or notify me and have me edit it if you are worried about messing it up. Thank you and happy hatching!
Read instructions below!!

(First put "Personal", if you would like to share that type of stuff. [Ex. Name, location] Then do incubator type, ["Incubator"] Than eggs currently set, ["Eggs"] then put whatever notes or links to stuff you want bookmarked underneath. Numbers should just be whatever order you add yourself, it makes it easier to just be able to remember your number and scroll to it. Put a link to your profile by that, and than a short note if you want)
Example:
(PLEASE set yours up like this!)
