Normal room temp is good, and the yolk won't stick if you haven't incubated at all. It's like putting eggs in the fridge, the yolks are held in the middle of the egg by the Chalaza, so no need to turn them yet. Once the embryo starts growing and is big enough, it'll touch the sides, and then have a chance of sticking. Till then, there's no point to turning.

Actually, I'm not sure if drastic temp changes would hurt them prior to incubation or not, but why chance it?...store them in the house if you can, just don't store them for more than 7 days before setting them. In the meantime, fire that 'bator up & let it run for a few days to make sure it's holding temp & humidity properly before committing eggs to it. Also, go to the beginning o this thread &start reading; Sally's written or pulled others' articles together to form a wealth of information & tips in this one place...take full advantage of it.

Good point and I am guessing that is why I am throwing way more clears away than I should! I have been keeping them for 14 days. I have some eggs that are 7 days old today and will be 9 days before I get them in the incubator. I started 14 eggs two weeks ago and I had to put them under two broody hens on Saturday while this batch of eggs went in lock down. I need either more broody hens or another hatcher!
