Ok here is Catie and Crissy. From the last pics I showed while they were still in Germany, their ears have flip flopped. Chrissy's are now standing up and Catie's are flopped. They'll go through this the next 6 months.

Got the new pond to a point that we could move the fish back in. It is now twice the size it originally was. And the waterfall is just outside the left side of the pic. I'll get it 100% one one of these days. We also put in new pumps/filter/heater for the pool and moved them out by the fence so after the indoor/outdoor kennels are done, I'll put a building around them.

Going out to water chickens..> Is it 1 TBS per gallon ACV? Might get them a boost of what ever it is that I keep hearing about that is good with ACV.

So culling is definitely the hardest thing for me to do I think I am going to have to tell my friends to quit bringing me their beautiful roosters they need to learn to do it themselves ... I don't have a problem with my meat birds cuz they never get beautiful

My update 2 incubators all clean and ready for the next go round... 41 eggs going in this evening... Last hatch all 10 still alive and doing well

Day 21 and 11 out of 15 eggs are hatched, 4 lonely eggs remain in the incubator. All 11 are all fluffed up now and in the temp brooder box. this was my first hatch ever, and The one thing I will do different next time is, I will use a separtart box for hatching! I just hope I can get the smell out of the incubator! YUCK! Now I know why the video I watched used one for incubating and one for hatching.
CONGRATS!!!!! VERY GOOD FIRST HATCH!!!

Here's a picture of the shipped d'Uccle eggs. One okay, one scrambled, the rest have pretty horrible air cells....Looks a bit bleak.

My sister just brought me a dozen Guinea eggs to set, off to do some reading up on them. Love my hatching enabling family members.
