@casportpony is this a leg that needs a straw splint and shoe or is it something else? She was splatted yesterday like the ones that died so I didn't mess with it. That was the first time I noticed it, but with 48 chicks and 18 dying in 30 hours forgive me.

@Akrnaf2 Benny, with all your wonderful food, I wish you could have been here to cook my home grown T-bone steak. What I did to it was a sacrilege. Still good though :)


some day I will go to the USA and we all will meet in a place that everyone can come to and we will cook the gratest meal that the world is ever seen!!

Yes sometimes,I do but the simplest one, I don't use rennin, I use vinegar and eat the young chess for breakfast. I envy you that you have the knowledg and the possibility to do cheese one if the taster food ever!

Oh, that's a good way as well!

You should try it!!!! Fresh mozzarella is fastest and easiest, and is super yummy. I don't often make it, though, because I honestly then want to eat the whole thing immediately and make myself ill...
