Hope it can wiggle out. Was the membrane stuck to it at all? You're welcome for the help. That's what we're here for.
Don't touch me!
Okay![]()
What if I don't?![]()
I was going to comment on several things, but decided it was best to just say, "you know where my mind is!" Then I realized that "where my mind is" is the gutter which relates to what you are talking about. So now I am trying to stop laughing.![]()
Kinda hard to tell. But i managed to pull some of it off while the chick told me all about their incubator drama
Good Morning Whites!Hey Mr. Leeroy![]()
My water is hard enough that a spoon almost stands in it... Have to run vinegar through every once in a while. It had serious deposits (water wouldn't even get through!).I never clean the pot. When it starts to build up inside I just pour water in; no coffee. Works every time![]()
Is that for me? If lozerface is still awake they'll need it. I still have to read more. If it's for me, thank you, kindly.
Quote: Good morning mrleeroy! I'm doing well. I hope things are doing good out your way.
Glad your hatch is going well!Good morning.
Good news: I candled last night and I have 4 CCL mixes and 3 BCM mixes from my flock developing. The roos are a non-standard Wheaten Ameraucana (cream in hackles) and an imperfect Cream Brabanter (gold in hackles). I'm excited to see what comes out of them. EE/OE possibly
The best news from this is that my incubator is working well. I haven't finessed the motor yet so I'm tipping the trays manually 5+ times a day. The most impressive part of this incubator is its ability to hold humidity. I have 5 holes in it- I guess I might need a couple more. I'm not using it as a hatcher this round though.
I've been trying to catch up a bit. The only thing I remember wanting to say is a "relax and enjoy each moment, chickenhawk, because there is something positive in every moment. Life will challenge you and being crazy sometimes is just one small part of being human."![]()
Good morning everyone!!! Coffee is brewing!! What a week and and what a day/night!!
One kiddo's Easter party is today...the other's is tomorrow and I'm making peeps cupcakes (best with jelly beans and peeps on top)
LOCKED DOWN last night around 11!!! I'm a first timer at this part but man - just fascinating!! All of it! I had to place a sponge to get my humidity up and I threaded some aquarium tubing into the dish the sponge is in so I can add water as needed without cracking the lid.
I didn't sleep well!! lol I kept having nightmares about humidity dipping too low!!!![]()

I'm hoping between the kids Easter parties, taking care of routine farm stuff, getting ready for our Easter and my birthday coming up Sat, that I'll be able to get through this part without totally chewing my fingers off...![]()

Well that was nice of you to listen to them complain about how hard there life is![]()
Yeah. Such a tough life! Idk how i could live with 30 naps a minute!
Ice, kosher or other large grain edible salt, swish around decanter, add a little water, swish, keep doing that until the film is gone. Vinegar works well to, so you can keep doing that too.Good Morning Whites!
