@daxigait
I love the pictures my husband takes while driving. He is an awesome driver. He can do a doughnut fully loaded (I was half sick and half awed when he did that!) but he's gotten into a few accidents while messing with his cellphone while driving a truck. He will be the first to tell someone else to put theirs down, though.
I am not sure if a donut while loaded is good driving. I would say that is dangerous and not quite right. Not to mention it has to be terrible for the equipment.

Thanks Dax. Hope yours goes well also. Good morning running real late. Was up form 1:30 to about 3:30. Reset alarm getting cup of decaf and waking up.
How does decaf help one to wake up? I don't understand. I've got to have high test ( which used to be called Ethel. but Ethel took offense to that)

Hmm interesting claims. While I don't have anywhere near the experience or background of yourself, I can say that in my roughly 3 or so years I have never had a hen that continually lay 2 a day. Seems as though I remember this conversation starting up within the past few weeks and there was some very informative information then. It's interesting to me that the 2nd person doesn't say it happens every day and you say its possible to happen on occasion but not likely. Sounds as though maybe y'all have the same idea but saying it different ways. As for the first person goes, well yeah, I don't think you will be getting any birds from them lol.
Thanks for the feedback.
I started thinking I was crazy. I've experienced it a few times but I attribute most to having missed an egg the previous day or a moonlit night when a hen may have come off the roost to lay.

It wakes you up when it burns your tongue.

@BantyChooks first of all, you gotta change yer avy, I think your chaos
they are still in my livingroom, they are spoiled but we now have another goose in the brooder and nine more baby ducklings, so somethings gotta get moved lol. Kids say if I move the ducks to garage they wont get to hold them and spoil them. Wish I could figure something out temp on the front deck for them, then they can still put them in the bathtub and stuff.

Quote: x2 BANTI I need a recap please!!

Quote: they are amazing! All the shipped icelandics hatched, one goose is out and 9 ducks are in the brooder, all but one OE hatched, waiting on the brahma and the legbar yet.
pics to come!

Good morning everyone!!

So put my 6 eggs in lockdown the day before yesterday , they were all still moving well i been hovering on and off waiting for pips , well yesterday i was doing some extreme spring cleaning and when my hubby got home he started welding on his home made smoker ....long story ,short a couple hours after he started working on his grill i went to check on my bators and i realized the temp was wayyyy low humidtiy was way up on the secondary therm , so i look at the built in one and it was blank i was like wth!! Then it hit me, luckily one bator is empty i havent set my april hal eggs yet but i dont think my lockdown eggs will hatch :-( my hubby was so sorry he didnt realized he had unplugged my incubators to plug in his welder :-( i got them both plugged in again and the eggs are still in there in hopes that maybe they will still hatch
oh GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

Working on BP. No fun but it's helping. Of course management stunts the last few weeks hasn't help either. Been off for caffeine for quite some time. Can't say it's helped my sleep patterns though

Dangerous? Yes. But it's kinda cool seeing how well he can control a vehicle. When someone pulls out in front of the motorcycle, I know that he will be able to stop before crashing ... Okay, he is likely to be able to stop.

Thanks for the feedback.

CC I had a hen that laid 2 eggs a day 3 times a week. For about two months. Now I'm lucky to get 3 eggs a week out of her. I know it was her as she was the only hen laying a blue egg in the bunch of brown layers. I too thought it was me missing the eggs. But it happened too many times. :lau
