We've got sunshine now. Chilly 48* however the wind is to return which will make chore list difficult. Thunderstorms last night short but at least 1/2 of rain.

Just had my 1st batch of muscovies. I'm so excited! I didn't think they were going to hatch as I marked on the calendar the day she started sitting and it was 41 days. She has been hatching over the last 3 days and I still have a stragglers I'm trying to help hatch tonight. This goes against everything I have read about hatching time and what they are supposed to do!

I would have been more suprised if they did hatch them. Even though I moved them to a quieter spot it was still too active. And I have 20 Easter chicks needing a coop in a few weeks so space is limited right now.
