They are eating chick starter, until I go into town and get them some correct food but this isn't that far off. Could a nutrient deficency be causing this? Will they be okay?

there's another I think its called way of cam, uses an IP address instead. Might work for you. Quite a few options to download I just happened to download one that worked for me.

nutrition could be the problem. They need more protein, fat, vitamin A, D and Niacin than chick starter has.

It could also be the leg growing faster than the skin. I don't know if that's true but I've heard it.

If un-incubated for 2 days after the others hatch, these won't.
