@Sally SunshineI only have two babies left for sale.
I have found my older goats to be very easy on my fences, but I follow the rule that all climbers or fence jumpers are sold right away so they don't teach others, and mine have several acres with plenty to eat. Your dairy breeds are easier, but they are not quite as much of a total brushhog. They totally cleaned up the blackberry briar, buck brush, and most weeds in a few months. The briars were decimated as they tried to come up in the spring as they love the weeds and new growth.
I used 47" 330' field fence over my existing barbed wire. Also don't put any structures the young ones can jump on near a fence :)

Sure do, 2 of them, actually, but they won't fit through the 1/4" mesh. It occurred to me that I might be able to push both ends of a zip tie through one side, then thread the ends together on the other side.
but ours are made for that size? weird!!

I'm sorry about the hawks. They can be persistent. I hope they do not come back!!!!

This was one we caught after it snuck into a hole in the fence in our silkie coop. We let it go, and reinforced the fencing. They are in the area, but have not been back to our coops.
