Get your water to about 140*-150* and dunk the bird in for maybe 15 seconds or so (swish it around) pull it out and try to pull out a couple of the primary wing feathers, if those come out then you're good to go, if not dunk it for another 5-10 seconds and try again.I don't know, she just is not here.
BTW how long do you scald your birds, and do you pluck right away?
