until the wing and butt feathers pull out good, and yes pluck right away.  Temp of water is EXTREMELY important!

Did you find the info I pulled from the processing thread?  I cant edit that article to put in order, I get errors, but some good stuff is in the article listed in the OP of the thread. 
I will look. I have to do mine by this weekend. Someone I talked to wanted boiling water, but I remember ChickenCanoe I think talking about scald not cook. They are ready, and temps are set to be in the 90's this week. I don't want to loose them.
I also need to read about heat tips.
