By Benny? Not a chance in the world!

:p
I don't exercise beyond parking remotely or taking stairs, not elevators.  I do walk my dog.  But there is no exercise plan.

I DESPISE running. But for some reason, I started doing mud runs....that is usually 2 1/2 miles of running, but it's broken up with obstacles.  I still HATE running!!!!  I have been averaging 5 or 6 mud runs per year.  The friends that I go with are my age, or a little younger.  We are definitely some of the older people at the events.  One of my friends usually runs the event first, then goes through a second slower time with us.  He does more than 50 mud runs per year.  I'm not that crazy.....

I love running, I run everywhere I can. Another person I know loves her treadmill, but I do not like those things in the slightest. I find it funny how different we all are in tastes!

No, circles are on a single plane, round (aka spherical) is comprised of multiple planes. Your turn

Why to do that? What is the purposes of that? I can't run have some back problem, but I do 5 time a week 1000 calories session on the slider, it is 1.1-1.2 ouer and on Friday I do a very intensive spinning lesson, I do weights 3 times a week, and I always walk and take the stairs. And when I have the oprtunity I swim

Tried a spin class one time. Was in England at the time and close to peak of my best fitness for running ever. Spin class absolutely kicked my tail. That was more intense than any run I've ever went on.

We did our first mud run last year as a family. It was a blast. I prefer distance running but enjoyed the fact that it was something we could do together as a family.
