No, all you can do is verify its accuracy by comparing it with a medical thermometer. You'll probably find it is a couple degrees off at 100F.
OK, so I bought the wrong thermometer. Someone had told me I had to make sure that my Hovabator is correct temperature. What kind of thermometer am I supposed to do that with ?

You can still use that one. If you verify that it is reading 2F high or 3F low, just adjust how you interpret readings.

You absolutely have to make sure incubators are correct, no matter how pricey they may be.

Brinsea spot checks are usually very accurate as are these.
