No but they all have GFF roots unfortunately. Might be a little different hoping anyways. This one is straight from GFF as the few I have now are from second party.

I think there is only one person besides GFF that has imported them.
Do you know when GFF imported them?
Genetics will change slowly over time with different climates and different feedstuffs.

i paid 1500 for my horse with all tack, fencing, brushes, electric fence box, and she came with 20 bales of hay> good deal in this area
currently in this area hay is $5-7/bale for ~50# bales, luckily i get it free
i probably dont really do her feet as often as i should i probably go closer to 12 weeks, hard to get the farrier out sometimes

No, the tree that has to come down is on the opposite side of the house from the driveway that is lined with 4 ancient oak trees and a big sweetgum I've been working on taking down for a few years. It is tricky to take down 70 foot trees right next to the house.

forgot to say that she has AMAZING blood lines right back to the founding horse, i was hoping to breed her but she hasnt come into heat so she must be past her time

yep, need a crane and crew for trees like that, they are no fun, we've taken down a few
one tree was a giant maple the stump was almost 4' across, and very branchy. the limbs had the electric on one side phone lines on the other house on the third, my mom's house is probably 30' feet from the main road in the town too and probably 70' from the neighbor. Sent a climber up with a rope to a crane and slowly limbed the entire thing, then took the trunk down in sections. I think it took 3 days to complete

I think i could do it but would want someone there to critique me
i have often looked at rasps and snips like "i could totally do this" and i am young enough my back would probably be ok

It isn't that complicated. The two guys that usually trimmed ours were wild men. They searched the area for the wildest horses they could find so they could subdue and trim and/or shoe them.

I'd be very interested to hear what you learned about the natural shoeless horse.
