So you need to fire them! You can't afford laziness!

H.R. department has guidelines as to why we can't fire right away... They have to be given "chances" and you write them up, they change just long enough for the write up to come off their record, then they are back to normal again. And we have such a high turnover rate, training new ppl is getting to be impossible.

that's one over the reasons cops are tempted to go to the dark side of the law because they don't make enough to support their families and see how much is to be made in drugs, violence, and weapons. I like it! It's not as nice as some I've seen, but it gets the job done! And I have easily accessible nesting boxes.

it's not. And everyone there (save one or 2) doesn't understand. They even have said "they are just chickens" when I lost a few. Oooh, that made me so mad!

I have had people say that to me. It made me mad, too, but then I realized that some poeple just don't get it. And to be honest, for a long time, I didn't get it either. I mean, I had no idea how much I would LOVE having chickens until I had them myself.
