DD's favorite hen was dead in the yard this morning. Body intact, no blood that I could see. She was on her back, wings out, snow angel style. Under a tree. It was fairly peaceful. She was only 2 years old, an australorp from the country feed store in a Cajun French town.

i was going to order one for my pony, but i might just ask you  
I also want to get her a nice leather halter, but my daughter wanted to get her a purple one so that's all she has for now

Make sure it is s breakaway if you leave it on all the time. You don't want to see what s horse can do if hung up or if they use a hoof to scratch and catch a shoe in a non breakaway halter. Trust me.

She doesn't wear it often, but I think we will be doing a show this fall
And her nylon halter has a breakaway crown, I hate nylon halters

I think I may be ok with the staggered hatch, I brought the humidity up last night and my 1 egg that's due to hatch 1st is already rocking and rolling, hopefully that means it will hatch soon, then I'll just take it out and be able to bring the humidity back down
