My husband and BIL don't know how to make a bed! I don't mean hospital corners even! Just putting on a bottom sheet, and spreading the top sheet and blankets out.
I had to teach my husband to plunge a toilet too!
!!!! Yikes.

My husband knows HOW to make a bed, he just won't change the sheets unless I make him. LOL

I would worry what would happen to the kids (slightly, at least when it comes to a clean house) if I died. He'd make sure they were fed and bathed... but he could care less about the house being clean since he spends most of his time outdoors.

My daughter is up and not vomiting so that's an improvement. However, she has am awful barking cough. :/ debating a trip to Doctor, but hate to go if they are just going to tell me it's something viral. She is terrified of doctors.

Watch it carefully. If her coloring changes, take her in right away to rule out pneumonia. Unless there's a bacteria causing a problem, there's nothing they can do but treat symptoms, which is cough syrup, tea/honey, etc. A numbing spray on her throat to help keep her from coughing non-stop. All of which can be bought over the counter.

My 24 weeker has bad lungs, and the only thing we have to watch for, is something that requires antibiotics, or oxygen. Coughs, sadly, you can't do much for them if they are viral but let them run their course.

Unless she gets super lethargic, or your mom gut says you HAVE to take her in... if she's scared of doctors, i'd probably let her rest and see if she's better by tomorrow.

I don't usually rush my kids into the doctor, unless I absolutely have too though, as there's usually not much they can do for most illnesses but let them run their course.

If she has strep throat, (which usually is accompanied by a high fever) you'll want to take her in to get meds, too.
