Fairly rough first draft but i would say brake line is a possibility. I think the arch for the middle should be more gradual and the arches at the bottom tighter. You may notice the one side is an actual bend. Yeah i got lazy and didnt use the bender for the other side. Thought process is the holes drilled through the top would be used to nail it to a 2X4 or some type of pole to line them up. Thoughts and suggestions welcome.

Maybe set up a jig with plywood & dowel rod

Looks good. How easy is it to actually bend the brake line? Only asking because if it's to easy a floppin chicken might be able to bend it and flop out.

easily bent but seems stiff enough once bent that it should hold shape. The threaded rod she had would definitely be stiffer but not sure how easily it would bend. Heating would be an option if she has the capability but not sure it would be worth it to buy a bunch of stuff for experimenting purposes.

I might pick up some threaded rod of a smaller diameter tomorrow. I tried aluminium rod I had and it couldn't take a small radius bend.

aluminum rod was solid? I'm surprised it couldn't handle it. I didn't think aluminum was that brittle.

Yea it was solid. Probably about 1/4" in diameter though. Came off an old TV antenna.
