I make my own mayo occasionally. I whip it in the blender and just dribble the oil through an opening in the top. It works great

I haven't made my own yet. I keep asking my wife to save the mayo jar when it's empty but it ends up in the recycle bin. Nice job. Looks like the mild steel rod worked perfectly.

That actually wasn't a u-bolt bracket. It was from a piece of aluminum angle scrap I had in the garage. No clue what it originally came off of.I see. I love the way you used the U-bolt bracket to good use.
