I'm excited
HahaHi excited, I'm Bubbles.
Hey everyone, it's been a while.
We lost bluebell, and are down to six chickens. Losing Bluebell finally pushed the husband into agreeing with me on replacing the coop for something bigger and improving the area around the run. We tried everything, and she just didn't make it. She passed peacefully September 17.
Coreen has scaly leg mites, but she's getting better and I'm glad it's something easily fixable.
I'm having my yearly Halloween sale! Pictured is What Pumpkin? (with hand molded pumpkins), Apple Acres (with apple embeds) and the already shown Brynn's Brew.
You can find them on my shop at etsy.com/shop/HippieStinkSoapCo
How is everyone? I'm out of the loop and I felt it was time to stop moping over the loss of my birds and start chatting again.

sweet!!! will work well!
My great pyr is doing her job.
I'm such a happy doggy mama.... I took my 2 little chickens out in a rabbit cage, we've been watching them in it, and one of our cats is... very interested.
When he tried to eat them through the cage, my great pyr puppy grabbed the cat and dragged it away from the cage. When the cat came back, he pushed him away and kept trying to keep him away from the birds, even though he didn't want to hurt the cat.... I do think if the cat continued to be overly persistent that eventually the dog would put that cat out of his misery if he didn't learn.
Here he is trying to pretend he doesn't notice them.... LOL![]()
