Nice record system... I'll copy over some of mine. During the year I use a physical notebook, but at the end I digitize it and do a nice printout for my records. The first bit is what I put at the beginning of each year's book when finished, not at the beginning of every set. Batch numbers are carried over year to year.
Some of my first notes were a tad obsessive so I am using one of my more recent hatches. The letter 'Q' that keeps appearing is a checkbox that won't copy to this format. The notes by said Qs are so that I can have a general overview of each set without reading every single one of my daily records.

5 chicks out of the 6 eggs that went into lockdown. 2 brown stripey, 2 yellow, 1 yellow and brown. They really do hatch like popcorn.
Quail Hatching Notes:
Hatch time for cots: 16–18 days
Candle about day 8 and again day 15. Same AC ratio needed as for chickens. Lockdown day 15.
Quail need to drink soon after hatch. Put stones in water; they are small and not very smart.
Temp 100*F, humidity 45%. Turn 3x+ per day.
